The new improved non-transferable (NT) tamper evident label called "Therma-Safe" incorporates the highest level of security using state-of–the art technologies in tamper evident system. Once sealed, the label will reveal a clear and visible hidden message when peeled without leaving any adhesive residual on the substrate. This feature is particularly useful when you need to reuse the container later. The label is highly resistant to solvent attack too. There will be discoloration on the face of the label if in contact with any organic solvents, leaving a visual template that the seal had been tampered with.

As most adhesives operate best for a given range of temperature, there are no adhesive known that can operate optimally on all temperature range, from extremely cold to extremely hot. Our existing NT Cold is designed to withstand temperatures from –45°C to 80°C. The incorporation of a thermal sensitive indicator onto our NT label will make it "invincible" to any attempts of tampering by rapidly changing the surface temperature of the label and adhesive. The thermal chromatic indicator will give a visual indication of tampering by heat i.e. using hot gun, hair drier, hot steam or boiling water. It is a non-reversible color change from white to black when the surface temperature exceeds 80°C. The thermal chromatic chemical coating is safe outdoor, so there will not be any concern of any occurrences of false triggering by the sunlight. Once triggered, the color change is irreversible and gives a excellent "visual template" for users to see whether the seal had been attacked by heat.
