Tamper Evident Security Label (TE Label)
Securepac’s tamper evident security labels provide you with physical evidence of tampering by revealing a hidden message if the label is peeled. Their self-voiding feature provides an excellent deterrent to theft. They also provide you with a simple and clear visual template for inspection that can save your business from costly concealed losses. These highly versatile labels can be used to secure anything from truck doors and filing cabinets to computers and air craft compartments.
Made from high quality adhesive which is suitable for almost all application surfaces, indoors or outdoors, our weather-proof labels have a working temperature range from -30°C to 80°C. These labels are heat and freeze resistant. Any attempts to remove them, such as using a heating source or Freon gas, will be futile as their hidden message still triggers when peeled.
There are two standard label size available - 20mm (W) x 60mm (L) and 30mm (W) x 78mm (L). They are packed in standard rolls of 1000 pieces with perforation between the labels for easy handling. They can also be packed fan-folded. They come in standard red or blue colors, but other optional colors are also available. Every piece of our tamper evident label is sequentially numbered. Your customized company name or logo can be printed to further enhance security. Bar coding and a duplicate number on their tear off receipt can also be provided as an option for easy data capturing and recording.
Other optional security features can be incorporated onto the labels at just a little additional cost each. Examples of such features include security cuts on the face of the labels. Such security cuts are designed to self-destruct and will be impossible to reassemble back to its original form afterwards. They make the labels more fragile and as such discourage any attempt of meddling with the labels. You may also use the security cuts to design a predetermined and controlled breakage line when the label is removed for inspection purposes.
Another optional feature is holographic imprints on the labels. We have the technical know-how to incorporate the holograph in the forms of Dot-matrix, Deep 3D, E-beam, Multi-Channel (flip flop), OCRE, Nano text, and much more. You can also ask for customized patterns to be included.
Invisible ink printing is yet another optional security feature. This entails the printing of a secret code or logo on the labels using invisible ink that is only visible under special ultraviolet lighting. Bright silver hot-stamped wordings can be added onto the label as well for the purpose of eliminating copying by scanner.
Additionally, we have a special patent pending version of the tamper evident label known as Therma-Safe labels. These revolutionary non-transferable labels are coated with a thermal chromatic lamination that triggers a non-reversible color change from white to black when its surface temperature exceeds 80°C, thereby preventing heat tampering methods very effectively. At the same time, you need not fear any false triggering of the system by sunlight. Available in red or blue, our Therma-Safe labels have a standard size of 30mm (W) x 78mm (L). A minimum order quantity of 50 rolls (500 labels per roll) applies.
*Our labels can be written on with any normal pen. All labels can be preserved for one year under normal conditions.
